When Solid Rock Realty first began, we wanted to ensure our goals are aligned with your goals of higher ROI (Return On Investment). In fact, our entire fee structure revolves entirely around this one goal.
So what do our services cost? 8-10% of Rent Collected (Keep reading, it actually costs less than it looks.) We have a tiered management structure for owners with larger portfolios.
10%: 1 - 4 Doors
9%: 5-9 Doors
8%: 10+ Doors
Larger Apartment Communities Negotiable
Whats does this really means for you?
- If the property or unit is vacant, you don't get paid rent and we don't see a dime either!
- If the Tenant stops paying rent, we don't get paid either!
CHECK THE MATH:
If we assume a 3% Vacancy Rate, then our annual Property Management Fee will actually be 9.7%. Here is how that math works out.
Total Property Management Fee = 10%
Vacancy Rate = 3% or ... Occupancy Rate would be 100% - 3% = 97%
10% x 97% = 9.7% Annual Rate!
