- No Hidden Fees! We Provide Additional Services At A Low Cost. -
Solid Rock Realty has NO HIDDEN FEES! Let's make sure we are on the same page from the start which is why we publicly put out there any fees that might come up.
- Additional 3D Virtual Tours. Solid Rock Realty will create the first 3D Virtual Tour and future 3D Virtual Tours at our discretion at no additional cost! Some Landlords have requested we create an additional 3D Virtual Tour which can be performed for $250.
- Additional Random Inspections. Solid Rock Realty performs 2 inspections per 12 month lease and a move out inspection at no cost! Some Landlords have requested additional Random Inspections which can be performed for $99. Please note, these are not the same as a Property Inspection that would be performed by a third party Home Inspector.
- Property Trip Fee. Some Landlords have requested we meet their chosen third party vendors, appraisers, or other representatives of the Landlord at the property to open doors, liaison with the Tenants, check on something specific, etc. We are happy to accommodate but please note there is a $49 per hour Property Trip Fee (1 hour minimum).
- Eviction Fee. Solid Rock Realty can handle every step of an eviction but due to the evictions time intensity, an administrative fee of $499 will be due at the time of sending the eviction paperwork to the Attorney. This administrative fee includes communication and negotiations with the Tenant, creation of Demand Notices and their postings on the front door, court appearances, random occupancy checks, and coordination with the Attorney, the Sheriff, Solid Rock Realty Maintenance, and third party vendors as needed. Please note this is an administrative fee only and does not cover any costs associated with the move out crew who meets with the Sheriff on the final day.
